Privacy policy

The short version: GetSlurp audits run entirely on your machine. We do not collect, store or transmit the pages you audit, your browsing activity, or your reports.

Chrome extension

• Audits run inside your browser. The extension fetches the page you are viewing and its robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt directly from the site itself, using the temporary permission you grant by clicking the extension.
• No page content, URLs, reports or browsing history are sent to GetSlurp or any third party.
• Scan history is stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage) and never leaves your device. Removing the extension deletes it.
• The extension requires no account and sets no cookies.

MCP server

• getslurp-mcp runs as a local process on your machine. Audit requests go directly from your machine to the sites you audit.
• No audit data is sent to GetSlurp.

This website

• getslurp.ai sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
• Standard server logs (IP address, request path, user agent) are processed by our hosting provider, Vercel, to serve the site and are subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

Future paid features

When paid licenses launch, license keys will be validated against our licensing service. That request contains the license key and an anonymous device identifier - never audit content. This policy will be updated before any such feature ships.
